The shuttle, if on time, waits only 2 minutes at each pickup point. We might wait another minute or two if we have a confirmed reservation for that stop and the party does not show up. If the shuttle is behind schedule, which will happen on occasion, we will roll through stops that do not have anyone waiting there. No two minute wait. We do look intently at anyone that is hanging around a pickup point to see if they are a potential customer. Most people that are planning to use the shuttle are waiting for us when we arrive. We are easy to spot with the big blue van.
